What Actually Happens at the Door

01

Scan or Tap

Approach the door and present your phone — scan the QR code or tap for NFC, whichever the reader has. No app store download or physical card required.

02

Verify Identity

A two-factor prompt — or a quick biometric check like Face ID — confirms it’s really you, so a lost or borrowed phone alone can’t open a door.

03

Unlock & Enter

Once verified, tap "Open" on your screen and the door unlocks immediately — the same flow whether it’s your first day or your five-hundredth.

Works the Way You Already Do

Works on your phone

iOS, Android, or just a browser — no special hardware, and no app store download needed to get started.

Signed in when you need it

Sessions stay active while you're using it and automatically sign out after 8 hours of inactivity, for security.

One account, every site

Working across more than one building? Switch between organisations from the same account — no separate logins to juggle.

A Few Things That Might Come Up

Day-to-day use is simple, but here's what's going on in the situations people ask about most.

Your access schedule doesn't cover this time. Your Facility Manager or Organisation Admin can check or update it.

You haven't been assigned access to it yet — ask your Organisation Admin or Facility Manager to grant it.

That's normal — sessions automatically sign out after 8 hours of inactivity. Just sign back in.

Every one of those taps is recorded against a real person — see how that looks from the admin side.
