Everything you need to know about QACCESS. Can't find your answer?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, you can opt to reset your password instead. Note that setup links expire after 1 hour, if it has expired you can also simply opt to reset your password.
The link may have expired (it is valid for 1 hour and can only be used once). Go to the CommSecurity login page, click Forgot Password, and request a new link using your email address.
Your access schedule does not allow access at this time. Contact your Facility Manager or Organisation Admin to check or update your schedule.
You have not been assigned access to any doors yet. Contact your Organisation Admin or Facility Manager to request access.
Refresh the page. The door may have been temporarily reconfigured. If it still does not appear after refreshing, contact your Facility Manager.
Use the organisation switcher in the top bar to change to a different organisation.
If you already have a CommSecurity account, you will receive a notification email rather than a setup link. You do not need a new password, log in with your existing credentials and select the new organisation from the selection screen.
Your organisation has been suspended by CommSecurity. You will not be able to log in until it is reactivated. Contact your Organisation Admin for more information.
CommSecurity automatically signs you out after 8 hours of inactivity. Simply sign in again. If your organisation was suspended, you will see a message explaining this on the login screen.
